Return policy
Returns are only accepted for retail orders there are no returns on any wholesale orders.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of purchases within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event your item arrives either damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@zahavdecor.com To help resolve your issue, we will ask for photos or videos to determine the best course of action (e.g. replacement, exchange, or refunds). All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
All returned orders must be pre-authorized. Please email us at info@zahavdecor.com and include your original order number, or invoice number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 business days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zahavdecor.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zahavdecor.com within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
